So i was working on a Editor for T_Magic but as first the Design need to work (Display the Table)

now i can Select from a_index and show it in a DataGridView BUUT .. i wanna show it in a ListBox i tried it and it always show up "System.Data.DataRowView" (Maybe need COnvert to String?)

 

I wanna show it in a Listbox and then it load t_magic to Display the Index and the Name in the Design.

So just if you Select X Skill it Display Name, ID , Maxlevel, Damagetyp etc..^^

 

(I filled the ComboBoxes allready)

Hello people,

 

I rasste alike due to the local pet quest the quest goes with me to 100% with a friend on the root it no longer and he goes and quest ect everything fixed in the DB Im sitting around in there now and do not understand it 5h more.

 

After submission of the quest for the pet in the inventory is about 5sec then it Switchet back to the flute or Egg.

Well i know buying a service hosting service for month or days is not that hard if you have the $$, what i dont know "Exactly" is how to set up the server and everything ,i been searching the entire forum but i havent seen any topic about it. I tried the search function but nothing.

I know this is a bit complicated for you guys to explain to me.

but is there a simple explanation on how hosting services works? the basics ?

All i know service hosting is that they help you have your game online and running right ?

I cant host a server from my pc cuze its actually a "piece of crap" and my internet is crap as well.

 

 

 

Things that bother me:

1.Does my Pc has to be ON all the time so the server up and running ?

2.What happens if i started it like remotely from my pc to the server

what happens if i turn my pc off ? will the server that is hosting it will go offline due to the fact that im managing it from my pc ?

 

Im a bit confused atm, sorry for my lack of knowledge im new on this. I want to learn but i just have no clue where to start on. I know first i have to fix all the bugs, maps,crashing and every errors i get.

 

Atm i manage to log in my server using navichat + xampp , i guess the harder stuff is setting it and making the billing server and soo on.

but before it was working fine and when i imported the destiny amours / weps the server said [ Sorry this server isnt availible right now ?? ]

i saw a server with the same exact same server as lcgeneric and same website how is that possible.

I know many of the pros here cleaned up server so noone can get their files anymore and sadly they give us *** answers when we ask for help if they dont ignore us. I am willing to help newcomers so get server running. but I myself still look for help on how to fix the server and some tools to do it.. btw, I run latest patch up to may 06 2012 so far. If theres anyone willing to teach something.. please put ur name here so we know who to call
