I found this tool online ragezone, but on this forum, this tool is absence of the user, so this tool is filled here!
In the future i will change it so that u can convert it to .sat and .[CeNsOrEd] right away.

Im release my admin help page.
i dont script more on the page (im not interest and ugly code im not time for rewrite it)
Page can :
Ban (char enable off)
Entban (char enable on)
Char ban liste (list of chars there have you banned)
Shopitems add (only db)
Shopitems edit (only db)
Anti hack filterung [items over +17(you can in config file your plus set) and over 1kkk(in config file are can set)
Easy Config File for simple db connect "config.php"

I for one is fed up with mirrors going offline.
So here is DIRECT Download links from my webserver, basically a dedicated mirror list.

Still uploading them. Anyone who wants to upload a tool leave a message in this thread. Also other leave links and name of files to mirror.

and name it "LCNew.exe" after downloading the patch and hitting start it get renamed to "LC.exe" and the old one will be deleted.
