Could anyone list all bugs that are available on EP3?

Hi, i'm new as developping and i never did it before. I'm french so i hope you can understand me .

I have some questions for you.....

 

1) Is it possible as a new developer to make a Last Chaos? I never developed before, but i have lot of time and i want to do it !

 

2) I tried with an EP4 last chaos, helped by a video. Is it a good thing or EP4 are too hard to do?

So I got a problem , I added scrolls to npc and when I buy them i get you have cancelled transaction. item is updated in t_shopitem and also lod file is updates.

ive been making a program close to fast list but it types the commands in your client for you. I want to be able to load some of the lod files. binary is new to me i have been reading lots tuts and examples about it. I was wondering if i could get some help . if anyone has any tips or can point me in the right direction. i dont know how to find the binary structure Client Ep 4 2015

I have make a launcher. This Launcher works. Make the Update function and show me a Update and a Notice Windows.

 

Now I want to make a register button or a link to my register php script. My php register script is on the server. The Notice Window I can show. It loads text and the background. But how I can execute the register php script from the second launcher.hrml?

 

I don´t know what I have to write in the html that it´s open my mozilla firefox and execute the register script.

 

Do have someone a code for me which I can build into my html?
