I think it should also work with the mobs..?

There is a GM command to do that.
/echo_npc {zone/server/all/subserver/allzone} {npcid}

When ever you see the Terrain in temple of forgetfullnes, it says something to you. I cant get a screen shot because it wont work in my server. What happens is when you get the lvl 60 quest for the huge amount of sp, you walk up the the terrain boss, and it says something. This also happens to the teleporter when you slay the eraticrat boss. I hope you guys understand me this time lol.

I guess its like a triggered event, never seen an option like this directly for npcs or spawns.

Yep, like pwesty and Tari said i think its a wld trigger; ive been searching for it in the database but couldnt find anything.
