Hello ,
I just created a Server with EP2 and edited the sl.dta to my HAMACHI IP .
The Login Server and the Game Server.cfg are edited to the HAMACHI IP too.
The Login Server Port is 4001 and the sl.dta Port is 4001 too.
If i want to join I have to go to Login Screen and run the patcher.Im able to log in and the Patcher doesnt show any Problems.
But If a friend wants to join , the patcher doesnt work for him. I gave him the same client as mine with all the settings in the sl.dta and so on.
On his patcher it sais that he has the wrong version or that the files are patched already. And if he tries to log in , the error with "Connection to Login Server failed" comes up. Hes in my Hamachi Network and the Tunngle hasnt got any Problems. I dont know how to let him connect.
Anyone can help me please ?

I think your friend he updated the client to another version. He must run the parcher with the administrative rights.

Ok, i have the loginserver and game server all up and running got the new user program made a new account but i keep getting invalid account or password when i look on the login server screen i see [9-2-2012 16:18:46] [iNFO] Failed Login Attempt USER= i have reading these fourms for 3 days now looking for something i have i think 5-6 different clients the launchers the patches this and that and nothing has helped yet doese ANY one have any advice???
Side note all im doing is setting it up on one of my computers and dont want others to play just me and yes i have all ips correct 127.0.0.1 i have everything pointed to localhost that needs to be pointed

update i also set up hamanchi used that ip
also use my machine ip
even did port forwarding and did the port ranges still nothing

First download Xampp:

How to Setup XAMPP:
1. Download XAMPP installer
2. Double click on the installer
3. Install to C:\xampp
4. Install all the service and start them
5. Once XAMPP is installed you should see a XAMPP control panel, if it doesnt open right after the install process then click on the shortcut on your desktop.
6. Confirm that Apache and MySQL are running.
7. Start your favorite broswer and type 2
Creating a database:
Creating a database using phpMyAdmin
1. 2/phpMyAdmin/
2. Create a New Database
Although it looks a bit muddled, the part to concentrate on is the textbox under the words create new database, as in the next image:
This is where you type a name for your database. Were going to create a simple Address Book, so type that into the textbox:
4. Import the Sql Dump(lcep2.sql)
Browse for the file and execute:
Creating a database using Navicat:
1. Download Navicat
2. Open Navicat->Connection->mysql
3. Complete the form
4. Open the connection->(Rightclickon )->new Database
5. Write lcep2->OK
6. open lcep2 database->(right Click on lcep2)->Execute SQL File
7. Select the File->start
Setting The server:
1. Go to your Server Files
2. Open LoginServer.cfg
3. Edit the IP(Put 127.0.0.1, if you want to play by your self) and the Mysql Database user and password(for xampp leave this as it is)

3. Open GameServer.cfg.
4. Edit the IP and MYsql
5. Start LoginServer and GameServer

8. Start the client from shortcut and play.

3. Edit register.php, complete with the mysql info
4. Start your favorite broswer and type 2/register.php

Hi guys, 1 problem, when im setting the server, as it says there, i open gameserver and loginserver, but it says, (see screenshots ontop) so what i done wrong or what i have to do?
i have lc usa, hamachi, xampp, navicat, emu v0310, admin tool, patcher, launcher, and all, please i need some help
