The effects should not stack but in the event they do you will have a limited number of Ignitions before
your client exceeds the max Buff count and you get a send error report...
Think Judgement and DeadyLight are still AOE attacks do not work in PVP atm...
Other:
Dungeon Time
Currently DT is set Every Other hour and the Rate is 100% only works in dungeons...
Can be changed in server.cfg be warned if you set DT to 2 hours it will not turn back on till 2 hours after last DT
Do not put the rate over 1000% because it is untested...
DT can be disabled by putting DUNGEONTIME=False where it says true
Regen (Kinda broken atm...)
Critical/Deadly With Hit and Miss for Mobs/Players
Beware your Hitrate and Evasion now matter only in PVE other then that meh...
Had to transfer my code from an older source to the new one a few things got damaged in translation..
