This link is only accessible from your computer since we dont have access to your hard drive.
Let me explain what that means:
file:/// ->file uri (protocol) means a file from the hard drive
D:/scrn-4fc246f1.png ->the path to the file and the file in the hard drive(d drive and scrn-4fc246f1.png filename)
Next time use 2 or any other image hosting service to post images.
