have you refesh a database ?
i have a error and i fixed so from maxig
rename table t_magiclevel to t_magicLevel and t_magiclevel_temp to t_magicLevel_temp
rename table t_skilllevel to t_skillLevel and t_skilllevel_temp to t_skillLevel_temp
or you look on the Table from the t_item and look if what they say
