the only firewall is the iptables thing i think and i disable it every time i start the server <.<

Hi, have you tryed another client? If not, try it... Another thing you can try is to update your DB!
And another thing, check if the services are all running :
- mysqld
- httpd
For this write in console :
service mysqld restart
service httpd restart
