This is not my style.
Also would be useless because in LCGN01 just crew guild got different color
Atm yeah only LCGenericName01 has a color but also remember the Charnames have colors also.
And that are more colors.
Since people that left the staff or just joined dont have colors so wizatek does it on a special way.
Best is really to wait for him. Since it seems he bind the color with a ID/Guild ID.

I looked into the engine 1 hour and found nothing.

As I recall the color changes in engine.dll.
Just do not know where.
For example here is the code of action at a certain karma

Do you know what does this code do? No, you dont. Even because this code does not associated with the colors. Its just a couple of conditions.

Maybe it means that colors are decided by a file called lcgn.dll? Its in Bin too
