Hmm .. I will try to give every folder permissions :/
& I asked for that in webflake.net but there its the same .. no1 know what to do >.<

The IPB board is intended to be installed on the root of your server... maybe thats the problem... you can change the webpage for another folder and install the board on root

Nop guys, nothing to do :/
I contact the Host and they mean that IPB need maybe special Packages
but i cant find anything from IPB for Linux/CentOS on the web >.<

Okay I solve the problem ... For everyone who have the same problem, only install this :-)
~GD - sudo yum install php-gd
~XML - sudo yum install php-xml
- service httpd restart (Restart Apache after Installing =D)
