-The problem you have is that you use lampp, (lampp has many modules missing).
-Many use lampp because the old sites do not work well with the standard apache, but this website works 100% with standard apache .....,
-Do a full backup of your server
-Eliminates lampp then normal apache installs its dependencies as there are guides in this forum, got no more problems
