Youre right, NS skill speed works with Fire Object Delay 0...... just divide the current by half because haste is usually 55% or 60%, With this, its really not neccessary to use haste at all....
NS skills work from their animation effect just like their weapons with with "effects".
Anyway the fix still works with this, so enjoy
