Database helps. I had the same problem. When I looked into database it wasnt there so I added it and I havent had problems since. Im just telling him how I fixed mine

Cant it be a characters problem? As i see the characters used there are russian. And i dont think that the itemall/title he got supports russian encoding Its like typing a char name in russian. It wont ofcourse work I think this is the problem.
And yes the whole game is in russian thanks to string_usa that can support russian characters

I use USA client and have same problem when I use add fonction of HateMes editor so... If edit old title goes right but new one only doesnt show name that mean I configured it right before and so new one too.

also i know wo is the probleme is in titel editor i try it with hateme editor i add new title i get some probleme
i use luoo his title editor i add new title and worked fine
use other title editor and wel be work fine
