I have exactly the same problem. I have already tried every single advice here in this thread. No solution so far...

ive even tried way more than that and still no idea whats wrong

Ive used the client toxic and change the version in the db

and is the command on linux that gave toxic

guys i have bee noticed about an error on Checktool.exe.

 

It doesnt save sl.dta correctly at all. I have saved ip and instead of save port 4001, it saved 40.

 

So i recommend you to use IP Editor.exe instead of Checktool.exe.

ty, can u move it back to ep3 section? im not having any problems with the ep2 files, running perfect, no idea why not this files. i did exactly the same

For me it was, in fact, the sl.dta. Im using the client from the client section here. I solved the problem by exchanging the sl.dta with the one provided in this thread and by changing the IP with the IP Editor instead of the Check Tool.
