I dont know how to configure mysql.

are you sure that you db is Newproject_db_auth?
or is it maybe newproject_auth

If your Newstom.bin file has a password but your mysql does not the connection with fail. If you dont know if there is a password or not here is a link to find out 2

Files are usually dont support passwords

You have to configure your mysql with old_password=1 or you will not be able to use password in the files. For you to try out, use user root and no password and you will see that it connects
