Well dude why just not to google it? You have three ways:
1. Install phpmyadmin
2. Buy Navicat
3. Download Navicat+crack.

Do not use launcher unless you know how set up it, use the multiclient povided in client.

Just create a shortcut of nskp like 2 nad then use the shortcut and then use the shortcut to go ingame
