In poor words, u cant wake up a day and say "Hey,ill become a programmer".
U need to learn all bases first and then go slowly to the harder things.
And in my mind the best ways is just a guide (not 1000 books like someone suggested) and seeing these codes everydays,and trying to understand what each one of this is for.
Its like learning English, actually i know a good English and I never opened a book about it. Its enough type/talk it everyday and you will learn every word and rule of it in some weeks.
