why when I write the comand yum install it say me :
Loaded plugins : fastestmirror, refresh-packagekit, security
You need to be root to perform this command.

there is a possibility to add it in the upload folder in phpmyadmin/upload if that dont works you can increase the value of max_post_data & max_upload in the php.ini

you have to edit my.cnf to change size of packets.
