I think I read that discussion too, it also mentioned that the server could be improved by reducing packets sent/received from clients that were afk or something, that would be interesting, I don't play genericname since 01, does anyone play on your server? If so, do you notice that everything works more fluidly? What the hell am I going to download it myself...

I think is not necessary optimize lc at this level ... is pretty dead game and the "big" server usually gain "just" 200/400 players ... is not useful losing time on it, better use a wrapper and dedicate your time on system/security and bugfix
