Well, it's not very difficult, the IP to database is wrong or the tool is shit xD
p.s: have you tried to connect with another tool using the same configuration that you are using with quest tool?

Hello ? thanks for your answer nice ? tried all the tools nothing works because you want to take a look at it via any? I can't see why this doesn't work anymore, with no tools it only works locally via XAMPP Control Panel
