look at what it says:
['user'] hmm mysql username!!
['pass'] mysql password
['server'] the IP of mysql server (if it on same pc as your php then put 127.0.0.1
['dbase'] this would be your auth db name
please please make sure you do like this!
$conf['db']['server'] = 'YOUR_MYSQL IP';
