Why i cant start the tool? I starting "SpawnPointAddTool.exe" but nothing happens.
Me too I have installed Netframe worl 4.0 again and repair all but nothing work >.<

for me it works.
did copy it to my lc directory
F:\Games Insterliert\LC_tester\LastChaos\SpawnPointAddTool.exe
F:\Games Insterliert\LC_tester\LastChaos\Settings\Spawn Editor 3_2.set
and dont forget the Settings folder

U need to be patient, it can take a while because there is no mysql server set yet.
So it will try to connect to nothing. This is only the first time u open it.
