The cash server takes the amount of cash from the bg_user table in the _auth database.
The cash is in the column names cash.
It could be that you set your connector to use the _db database for login details, that is wrong

Probably your connector has the billing server disabled.
Look in this forum for the Clien and Server fixes from blankname
