Learn with his Friends [VIP], [MOD], etc + Server Test and so they try many different things as the Color Name, Guild, [GS], [GM], etc. So do not share your information as it u.u.

U can change the color name by just searching for the color in a hex editor and change it to your own color.
The different colors for diffirent characters is indeed done with a hook.
