Your Version number is wrong, atm im installing aeria and post the version number.
You can alos change the Version Number with the IP Tool.

Your version number in the version.txt is wrong, is apache correctly startet? Open in your Browser 127.0.0.1, when site is not aviable restart apache (and turn off skype)
