You guys have definitely using a bad client. This works 100% on mine.
I just have one question, what is the required item for veteran? It just says "1"
Also the skills have no visible effects (the character does the movements but nothing else), what files am i missing?Is it Effect.dat? I would replace it with the one in USAs client but i tried this months ago and some skills gave error report to whoevers around the person who did the skill
