something i dont plan on releasing yet but yes, on my server to be, you can create an ns at level 1 :-)

on my server I bought lvl cap to luooo and I can not fix the game server to lvl 200 it saves not remain at 225

if the start skills aren't released i can do that will take some time adding every single one but i can do it.

give me like an hour or two and ill release start skills/levels into gs editor, i dont have plans for releasing ns level create yet
