well its saying u trying to start the launcher from there:

and he try to open a file what also is empty. You did edit maybe the vtm.brn ? if yes dont let it empty!

(This Launcher is only for EP2)
Launcher should work now offline to.
added a "Patcher Console" that shows waht actualy happening also creating a log file
if there is no patch on the server uploadet yet from me the laucnehr try to create the patch self
also using now diff methode to extract the zip files
log file is named "Patcher_log.txt" and can look like this:
