Just change from jnz to jmp and it will avoid that exception:
004C8991 . 75 1B JNZ SHORT GameServ.004C89AE
Or in hex, change from 75 to EB:
C8991:75 1B
The problem is your client Sends wrong data to the Server(just create A Test Server), and remake your client.
Your crash is related to skill using the client data is not the same as the servers data in the database(skills_usa.bin != t_skill).
When using target based skills skill like attack skills, buffs, debuffs, not self buffs the client goes near that exception, suggest testing all your skills.
I saw someone learned 2 hand pierce, in your first pic.
I cant find the bugged skill, and besides that all of them work on falos gs since it doesnt crash, Ill try bypassing that, which file do i have to patch? the gs?

You need USE ALL SERVER FILES of 227. [Connector, GameServer, LoginServer, Helper and Messenger].
