i am using W7 64 bit as well and i had no trouble with it or to let connect ppl from outside.
i have a Linux Fedora 32 bit server it works there as well try to use the diff IPs.
to be able to use the "localhost" u have to edit the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
open it with editor and add this at the end
127.0.0.1 localhost

SQL_HOST=127.0.0.1
SQL_DBASE=icep2
SQL_USER=root
SQL_PASSWORD=yourpasswordhere
Use this "SQL_DBASE=icep2" Lower case on DB name like mine! x.x
So even if you create a DB "ICEP2" the sistem will recognise as "icep2" only for a few ppl!

I try on version 1546 and 1548. Patching with a launcher is ok but... GameServer give error i cant equip anything and a lots of bugs... how i can fix it? download USA client? I updated my old client by LC.exe and updates are download and succesfully installed...
omg! I have this bug only in Juno... When i login i have this bug. Bug fix -> teleport to another town and back to juno ;]
