This error is Easy, take this "newStobm.bin" and Configure later put in same folder OF gameserver.

1º - Acess your DATA "newproject_data"
2º - Open Console and paste this commands :
UPDATE t_catalog_1 SET a_ctname = NULL;UPDATE t_catalog_1 SET a_ctdesc = NULL;
3º Finish - Cheers.

Still the same, this was ok.
Log from console

ok i fix this
it may can be prove usefull for someone so i explain :
i just modyfi all lc db and take some oryginal tabels, easier will be delete all tables in all lc db and import the db V2.1 from Starter Pack, next import the patch. END, its done, enjoy

Dont use LCSM... Run it using a bat files.
