TBH if you can not follow it.... You should not be hosting LastChaos.
Go play on other peoples servers!
I can host a server...but this one i got an error and i dont know how to fix that one. And if u dont know either then why do u even reply to my comment?

Ive made a new shorcut and added 4022 at the end and ive done all the other things but when i try to start the game from the shortcut it gives me an error
"Nksp.exe - Entry Point Not Found"
