Kenpachi, do this in terminal and tell me the output:
Service mysqld status
and
service httpd status

Heres a image of what both say. For some reason http and mysql installed but cant use service

service httpd start
and i had a typo there, linux is too picky with capital letters, so do :
service mysqld status
