It´s very hard to create and u cant learn it in 1 week or something, more than 95% have to make a extra school for something like create a new map.
Just think what u need: U need to create it "3D", .....
Okay It´s very hard, but if u really want it, Make these school go to Gamigo and create a new map, if u done it, let me now

I dont Know if its Possible to creat a NEW Map (maybee but dont know how) , but u can edit existing maps with Cinea 4D and the write a new .sat ans [CeNsOrEd] file

I think he's not talking about serverside files, he's talking about .wld/.wtr
That are the ones that make each map look like the map is.
As far as i know, there is no editor for these types of files (excluding developer's tools from korea ofc) yet, i'm also very interested in this type of editor, but i guess we will have to wait some more time until a editor for a complicated file like this will be released.

Maybe it won't take a month with the correct tool's, but it will take time and pacient, as all we do.

You can open the .bm files in the world folder and edit them its not the same but that is what i mean
