i think you see it coz you have GM privileges. Try to see same object with a normal char.

Soryjero is right, Iv had this with skills, and i manually added description into all the tooltip descriptions but in the end found out you only see such things when you use Admin console....

Its because there isnt a description for the item

It is because there is no description for the item but also because you are GM. GMs have the game treated differently and this is a side effect. Regular users cant see the ID though.
