Still playing with skills so far i still have no idea why its not working like it should but they are indeed fun

Heal Target Seems to work but i did not test it on another might glitch but cross the fingers for hope XD
Add: Can no longer heal more hp then you have total what a +?
I will not be submitting this fix until i work out the way im gonna handle everything and clean up all my files so my scatter brain methods dont kill the code...
the audio track was feeback from the headset i had one when filming the vid so dont pay to much attention to it lol...
