- Fyxon - 01-23-2015 Hi people, i new here... >.> I was thinking about make my own LC, want start with emulator and if is possible, EP2, where i can find any guide of that? I was checking little forum and don't see nothing, maybe i check wrong section... anyone can post link of guide/s for make it, please. And other question, if later, i want open my server for people, i can do that? because i don't remember where, if you open private server, you can have problems with LC USA, that is true? Regards. - Nikolee - 01-23-2015 I can answer the Emulator question: If you are planing to Code an Emulator then u would have to learn to Code as first and then also you would have to learn how to Reverse Programs. (And thats taking alot of time) Here on this Board are many Guides and there is also an Automatic Install Script for the EP3 Files so you can easily Setup your Server and playing around. Its always better to start off and just learn. - bignoob77 - 01-23-2015 Or you could just create your own game using Unity or Leadwerks Engine Creating a game like Last Chaos look and feel will be very easy if you use Leadwerks but you have more power to create better things with Unity. Leadwerks = 2 Unity = 2 - Nikolee - 01-23-2015 Or you could just create your own game using Unity or Leadwerks Engine Creating a game like Last Chaos look and feel will be very easy if you use Leadwerks but you have more power to create better things with Unity. Leadwerks = 2 Unity = 2 Its better to use Unreal Engine 4 it costs 19$ Monthly but its worth, they have a very good Documentation and its really easy to use. But u still need advanced knowledge to build a real Game. Or you can use XNA with C# its also Easy and for learning good, but Game Programming is always done in C++. - bignoob77 - 01-23-2015 You can use lua programming for working with Leadwerks Engine . Use lua for your scripting. The good thing about scripting languages like Lua is they are interpreted instead of compiled so you can modify the Lua scripts on the fly so you don't have to sit around waiting for your game to compile and then having to re-compile if what you've done doesn't work the way you want it to. Leadwerks Engine cost $99 and also has very good Documentation and its really easy to use. ![]() - peter3301 - 01-24-2015 Unity = 2 At Unity is networking [CeNsOrEd]. - bignoob77 - 01-24-2015 At Unity is networking [CeNsOrEd]. What are you asking ? I don't understand. - luoo - 01-24-2015 He said the networking engine on Unity is [CeNsOrEd]. But he wrote that he want start with the emulator ( HateMe's i think ) or ep2 and not writing a new game / emulator or anything. He only want setup one of it. lol - bignoob77 - 01-24-2015 lol Sorry i understand now . He needs an LC mentor i can`t help with this i am a (big noob) lol haha. Do what Nikola said and use Automatic Install Script for the EP3 Files Super easy and great place to start I run a local server just for easy editing. - Fyxon - 01-24-2015 Thanks for answers, you can tell me where i can get guide how use Automatic Install Script for the EP3 files? have here any guide here in forum? if yes, anyone can post it link, please... |
