Lustrum release. I found away to make Lustrum working

u only copy the npc_regen and the sat + [CeNsOrEd] from ep2 release in ep1
And its not fully working.

it fully works on myen end and no i did not. I had the mobs in lustrum for along time ive been working on ep1 for over a year im no noob of lc my old account on here is Vogelj1988.

The portals dont work so its not 100% working. On every portal must be a teleporter.
And that is allready public in the ep2 release

I had this sat + [CeNsOrEd] files like june 2012 .. so dont think u had it earlier.
