i got a very strange story with my low jewel
i have make a quick movie to show you the problem i think nobody have get this bug again

the reason of problem are itemdrop (because the jewel give random seals
i have try drop it by monster and it work i have seals on all jewel
PS now you know if you make itemdrop you dont have seal on the low jewel cause is setup to give random seals u need disconect and relog if u want get seals into the jewel
