Hey Guys,

just a little tut understanding the Affnity Rates.

 

There are 3 Ways to get affinity Points like you should know.

 

I Show you the ways to change the Rate for Mobrate and Itemrate.

 

All you will need is a Brain and some tools and no I wont tell wich ones u need.

 

MobRate:

 

go into the newproject_data and either execute the following line by using navicat or phpmyadmin

 

UPDATE a_affinity_work SET a_value=a_value*(Rate) WHERE a_work_type=0

 

You can also manually edit each single mob if u want. The a_type_index is the same as the MobID

 

 

ItemRate:

 

Same way as before, but this time:

 

UPDATE t_affinity_work SET a_value=a_value*(Rate) WHERE a_work_type=1

 

 

 

But There is an Important thing to make this work! You also need to change all the Points for the Items in Clients, wich are localated in affinity.lod

You will need the right tools for the, but its also not necessary to change them if the mobrate is high enuff.

 

A little Tip btw.

Allready a affinitymobrate x10 is more then enuff. otherwise your members are gettin finished all affinitys within 5 hours.

 

 

 

Now to the Prizes.

Herefor you will need nonpublic Tools

 

You will need to add the prizes to t_affinity_reward_item

The names of each table are selfexplaining.. flag is always 0 for normal.

 

After that, you will need to add your prizes to the affinity prizelist in affinity.lod but I cant explain that, cuz it depends on the Tools you got.

 

You can also Edit when to enter the Affnity Shops. Thoose Needed Point are in t_affinity_npc, you will see it then.

You can easiely edit the Stuff in that Shops by editing the normal Shoplist, everything is in there

 

 

Make sure All Affnity Items are enabled in databse. otherwise the Affnitysys wont work. just search for all items in guides and the Rewartitem table. after inserting them into databse everything should work like it should

 

Also you need to insert the skills for buffpotions and enable the quests in database because they arent in the released databse.

A quick question, example i make affinity x10, if i execute this command: UPDATE a_affinity_work SET a_value=a_value*10 WHERE a_work_type=0

 

the affinity goes directly to x10 or i need to change something else?

a_work_type 0 = Items, a_type_idx = Item ID

a_work_type 1 = Mobs, a_type_idx = Npc ID

a_work_type 2 = Quests, a_type_idx = Quest ID
