never understand you english, but well ure trying to say that u need edit the notices things? if it yes, u can use wizatek notice tool

To edit that or delete it, just use and connect to your db the "Wizatek Notice Tool".

i have been testing this system, and you dont need to connect to db. you can modify notice.lod in your client and notices will work perfectly
