How do I repair it?
I cant start the server without this.

Only delete and copy from original file if you dont need it, if your server is running with people I dont know how to repair sry.

goto t_questdata03
right click data base in navicat / maintian / goto / repair table ...
done
This is not that hard ....try to understand it before posting here it clearly tells you what needs fixed ....

empty table t_questdata03 and re upload this table
