Hey, Ive been looking for the correct section to post this and I thought this would be the best one, if Im wrong and the thread isnt opened in the right section, my apologies.
Ive been trying to find where to download dev.studio (falo), but havent found any link to download the program. Could anyone tell me where to download it or send me a link?

You can get one off of ElitePvpers, but I think wizatek dev studio is much better. Just my opinion though.

I got Wizas Dev.Studio, but Im having problems to open skills_usa.bin
Im kinda new and I dont know what Im doing wrong. Some help would be really appreciated.

I will not have the skill, you must use the skills editor (wiza) for that, that of wiza prepared to habrir up emulator files
