Make folders like these:

 

If you want to do update to Data:

Data/<updates>

 

ALWAYS do .zip not .rar as update and name them 1.zip 2.zip 3.zip then do the highest number for the new update like 4.zip and edit version and set from last update to new in this thing it would be 3->4

 

and dont forget .ZIP!
