Hi all
I need help witt crystal of blood and sweat. Its always say me : failed to use bloodseal gem, i want make it 100% succes, and how i can make it for give 100% cast on wep or on armor?

100% cast in a wep or just 1 piece in ep1 is impossible max i think its 40%

Use a seal editor for edit it.
There are servers who have 100% cast in 1 piece.

which seal editor would u recommend me ? i dont have that tool
btw i can add 100% cast in 1 piece of armor but when i try to do a skill it has cooltime so im guessing the 100% cast isnt working maybe there just a 40% cap ?

U can find a lot in other LC developing,here there should be one from Bash

ok, but i dont think ep1 supports 100% cast in a wep or accs last time i added 100% cast to some duals it didnt work how it supposed to work
so maybe i need to modify something in the gameserver?

It can support even 300%.

I am using 1.9 Server files and a clean normal EP1 client
