Cloudflare is also good but the hosting company depends really on what you want.
Look one says no lagg other says i got lagg it all depends on what you pay.
How more you pay how better it always is.
Just go to several hosting companys and look to the prices and what you get for it.
Compare them is best advice i can say.

Cloudflare sucks.
I worked with it a lot of times but every time i ended up just disabling it.
If u have a good host u dont need cloudflare to boost your webserver.
