have you uploaded the DB? Because you Connecter cant connect to your DB.

You need download this database:

Than download the navicat and install it:

Create new Connection in the navicat, than create DB with the same name of your downloaded db already.
And upload your downloaded db to navicat. And you have it.

yes, but, anyways, you must install mysql before navicat! navicat, phpmyadmin, are "graphical" displays of mysql, coz if not, we would have to upload db with commands.
so, without mysql installed previously, navicat, phpmyadmin, or workbench will dont work.

I forgot about this, yeah you really need install mysql first!
