how can i enable xmas event ?

You need to go in your database Data, open the table t_event and change your Christmas Event, on field a_enable to 1.
Restart the Game Server and done.
Also if you dont have the npc (trees) in your t_npc_regen or t_npc you need to add them manually or by getting them from another database release.
You must have them also in your itemALL.lod and itemname.lod client side.
