Yes, but not everybody have private offsets (at least i dont have them) so the best way is a start quest

Offsets arent really hard to have.. Just need to know how works a Hex editor..
Im not sure but, you can maybe cancel the Stats restarts by changing classes. (Offset, but im not sure)

He use wizas editor with edited offsets or he decompiled wizas editor for do his own GS Editor.
Edit ~ ill maybe release offsets..
